Model 22 / Forty Forty standoff size

Hello All,
first post here.
I bought a Marantz model 22 and is has two broken standoffs for the faceplate. I bought a kit size 2.5MM and that is the faceplate screw size but not the size that screws into the unit. Does anyone know the screw size, or where I might be able to find?

I don't know the thread size but if you can remove the standoff and take it to Home Depot, they have both metric and standard screw and nut thread sizers in their hardware department that you can try to fit. Then you will probably need to order the standoff online at Digikey or Mouser. I looked in the Model 22 SM, but could not find a thread size, sorry.

I briefly looked online and did not find a standoff with different thread sizes on each end. I don't know but was the Model 22 made in the US or Japan. If it was the US then the 2.5mm screw may not be the original... maybe that's why it broke off, someone forced it into the threads. If you find the other end to be something like a 4-40 thread, then one alternative would be to replace the screws with the same size thread as the standoff. Just a thought.

If someone that has a Model 22 could check their receiver screw size you could confirm it.
