Model 33 original caps - are these bad?

Just got a Model 33 in very original condition (very clean inside) and I am seeing caps that don't look OK. What is your opinion and have you ever saw this brown rings where the leads come out of them?

They're normal, however I would get rid of any axial cap or see (or all of them really).

The blue cap looks like it's leaking and should be replaced. The others are resistors and look fine but I'd lift one of the legs of each and test them.

How do I find the value of capacitors in my crossover? They are black and one has XMC on the side and the other says XTC Dash M how can I find out the values to replace them
