Modern subs for 2SB560 - 2SD438 (for Akai AA-1135L and others)

Hi,

I wanted to know if there are modern subs for the old 2SB560 and 2SD438 transistors.
I have used KSA1220/KSC2386 in other amps but I have little stock, so wondered if more modern subs are know commonly used.

Same with the AA-1135 outputs (one channel is shorted on both sides): 2SB617 / 2SD587.
