I came across a "modified " Denon POA2800 on eBay. According to the seller, in his spare time he "likes to modify electrical equipment to make it perform better than factory spec". These improvements include replacing the factory speaker posts but "not finishing the mod" and removing the output relay boards. The amp now has a turn on pop, but he does not mind. He needs to change the description to "I like to butcher equipment in my spare time".

Nothing like a good "POP" to get your system started. Kinda like starting your car on a cold morning and redlining the engine ... helps get it warmed up quicker :)
