Monitor Audio Silver 3i crossover capacitors

Hello!
Just got a pair of Monitor Audio Silver 3i and found that one of the capacitor is dead. Attached a picture .
Trying to figure out the brand with no luck.
Anyone can able to help me to find this brand and best substitute .

The yellow one is a low quality film cap used for the tweeter. It's slightly better than an electrolytic in that circuit.

The blue one is a low quality electrolytic cap used as the shunt cap. The white block is a low quality resistor.

How did you determine one of the caps is bad?

Very good. Electrolytic caps have a finite lifespan, but the bi-polar type usually just drift out of spec.
