More albums like "Muddy Waters - Folk Singer" please!

I recently stumbled upon this wonderful piece of music called "Muddy waters - Folk Singer", it is awesome to listen to it using my HD-6XX and OTL Tube amp. I searched for similar music and I found the "Buddy Guy - Blues Singer" album.

Are there any more like these...? "Please enlight me with your musical wisdom.

Any takers @ this request? It's a big 'un... where to start?

To get the ball rolling, I'll suggest y'all get Youtube to help w/ this one: Go to YT, plug in Muddy's Folk Singer, listen to it, note what YT installs @ the margins, have a listen to a few of those suggestions, see what else YT suggests, etc. And so it goes. Scribble down the names and look 'em up, find albums, stream them, etc.

I'll chime in.

For me this request has a couple of different angles to it.
Is it Muddy that hooked you? If so, there is PLENTY to explore. FS is great, but the prime Muddy stuff is (mostly) amplified. IMO, and all that, but I'm not alone on this.
Is it the acoustic nature of the recording? If so, that's another topic.

Give me enough time, and I can go off on both topics, lol, right @Mystic

Totally agree. I have both and it's one of the best MFSL efforts.
I would suggest the OP peruse the MFSL back catalog for more options - then check for used options on the out-of-print albums.
