The backing vocal in Gimme Shelter by the Stones. She absolutely kills when she comes in after the guitar solo. I've heard the song a thousand times and still get goosebumps.
 
A couple of years ago at a Cowboy Junkies show I heard Margo sing a cover of Bruce Springsteen's "You're Missing".
During the quieter parts you could have heard a pin drop, and there were sobs from some of the crowd at the finish.

Candice Night singing her arrangement of Diamonds And Rust at The Interdependent show I attended. She is extremely emotional, really bares her heart in her singing anyway and when I saw the Blackmore's Night @5 years ago she was so choked up at the end she had to take a 10 minute break. It was an awesome performance.
