Motorola Masterpiece

Decisions, decisions. There is no posting site for console playback systems and yet in each console there are at least three significant components, speakers, integrated amplifier (tube in the case of the Motorola Masterpiece), and a record changer (turntable), and so I thought to post in each forum, speakers, tubes and turntables, the discovery of this console hi-fi (mono).



Now it is time to put it all back together and it seemed impossible to continue this separation of functions, so where to put the reconstruction of these restored component parts? I answered this dilemma by turning to the source. The Motorola Masterpiece console was designed to playback mono records and so I will post the final restoration in the Turntable forum, under “Motorola Masterpiece-Final Restoration”. Over the next couple weeks , under this thread, I will post the following (the speaker baffle board will not be finished with new vintage grill cloth until the early weeks of October) :
