I did switch the tubes around it did not make any difference the right Channel with still not work. Then I reversed the RCA plugs did not change which channel was playing. Also cleaned all the contacts with electrical contact cleaner. Not sure what to check next. But I did think that when I reverse the RCA's plugs that it would switch to the other side but it did not. The blue arrow is center channel and red is L& R

If you switched the left & right inputs and the same channel still played then its most likely in the amp. One last quick thing you could try is to plug a CD player with volume control into the amp and see if one or both channels works or not. With an ohm meter, you can do continuity tests with the speakers and wires to make sure they are connected properly. Not sure of your level of expertise but you might want to check the plate voltages on the tubes in the right channel.
EDIT: I was going to say something earlier but forgot. Make sure the dead channel speakers are grounded to the same spot as the working speakers as it looks to use a universal ground (-) for the left and right speakers.

Last thing I checked was the channel verified switches they work properly. Beyond my knowledge. Going to take it to a shop that specializes in vintage consoles. I appreciate all the input from everyone. I will post what they say was wrong when get it back. Thanks again...
