See, here's the real problem with this flick. No matter if you have seen it, that hardly factors into the discussion. This film was made for people who are going to vote against Obama, they knew they were not going to vote for him before the movie, and they probably knew four years ago as well. On the other hand, the people who refuse to watch such a movie are well-aware of what it represents, they almost certainly are voting against Romney, and I doubt this would change many minds.
So really, who is this movie for?
Also, I find this whole concept of "Anti-colonialist" pretty intriquing. Wiki links it to "Anti-imperialism"...that's an
interesting angle to approach from. Especially interesting in that they call it colonialism, a word many would associate with the beginnings of the US and a sense of freedom, whereas the more accurate term, imperialism has much different connotations. Aren't words cool?
