Moving Coil Cartridge

I just got this Sumiko Blue Point SPECIAL Moving Coil cart with my vintage turntable, and from the info I found, it’s “special”.
It is an older version of Sumiko and is the high output moving coil, 2.5V. Please correct me if I am wrong. Please see the pic below.

My question is should I use MM phono or MC input?

Thank you in advance
Vito

MM, unless your phono stage has an option for HOMC, nice cartridge.

As they said, HOMC plugs into MM. 2.5mv is in the range of a typical moving magnet cart. The MC connection is probably meant for something about 1/10 that output level, in the 0.3mv range.
