MS300 operation capacity

I was in the setup/ utillities on the MS300 and could not find the recording time left. I know the MS300 will hold about 850cds in flac format. Will the MS300 tell you when it is about full? I have 1500 cds to rip to flac format. MS300 hard drive is not upgradeable. To increase drive capacity the remander of cds will be ripped to a 750gb mass storage network drive on my pc server using the fireball pc software utillity from Escient. Also the MS300 sees the flac files on my mass storage drive on my pc server, but not the album cover art. How would I fix this so the MS300 sees the album cover art on the mass storage drive like the MS300 does on its own drive using the MS300 on screen user interface?

To find out how much space you have used and left. 1) Hit the Options key 2) Hit Music info 3) select delete music , it will tell you how many tracks you have and how many more should fit. 4) cancel out
I can't help you with the art on your mass storage, sorry.

Jim.......Thanks. I didn't know that either. On my MS750 I have 7494 tracks recorded, and room for another 20,642 tracks, or 1422 hours of recording time left. This is good to know.
