I responded to a CL ad that offered 3 vintage receivers for $40. Not one to pass up a deal, I went to see what he had. This is what I left with:
Harman Kardon HK340 receiver
Kenwood KR-3090 receiver
Marantz 2225 receiver
in addition to the receivers, I bought these
Technics SL-B5 TT
Realistic SCT-28 high speed dubbing cassette
Marantz 2100 tuner
Marantz 5010B Cassette
Soundesign TX 0868 Cassette/8 track player
I gave the man $80 for all of it and took it home and put it in the shop. I've tested the Technics TT and it works fine. Don't know about any of the other equipment although the seller said it all was in working order.
What is the most valuable piece here? My guess is the Marantz 2225 receiver.
