My 1000th post....

Well, I haven't posted all day (except to wish fotno a happy d-day). I've spent the whole day just wondering what I should do with my 1000th post. I don't have clue. Seems it ought not be a "ooh, looks what's on eBay" or "hey, nice score" type of post. I just don't know what to do with it. I suppose I could use it to thanks the admins and mods and loyal posters for making this such a great place (I'm still not convinced that it's a place) to hang out, but that's been done. I could use it to show my appreciation for all the wonderful advice and knowledge that I've garnered here or to thank those who've helped out by offering up that KLH tweeter or that Advent woofer, etc., etc. (you know who you are), but that's been done before, too. So I'm stumped.....I think I'll just down to the local waterin' hole and have a beer or two. After that, I'll get started on the next 1000 posts, I reckon. - Mark

Hmmm... I was told when I made 500 I'd get the AK Secret Decoder Ring (it still hasn't arrived). What do you get for 1,000?
