Uh oh where is my AR?

Out for some tuning of the suspension and tother ouch ups I wanted to do.

So I had this for a while just haven't had the time or motivation but now is the time.

Is that the 'before' or 'after' shipping box picture?

After, I got it from my local record store guy I do repairs for. He got it with a bunch of other high end gear , I got it for
400 bucks!! It needs a belt for the tone arm as it gets stuck here and there. I had it in a box for a year now I think.

Figured it was time to see if it worked or not

I have one of them! Beautiful table. Glad to see you have the clear plastic piece where the tonearm parks. They run fine without them but most of the M3's seem to have them missing.
Be very careful of the vernier, it's some kind of plastic not real wood and like a lot of these tables my corner has a big chip missing from the vernier coming unglued.
One of these days I'm going to post it on BT. I'm very happy with my Yamaha PX-3.

Thanks guys, it is in mint shape. It looks to have been very well cared for.

I never seen that Nagoka RC-401. I guess the soft fuzzy center was used to clean the stylus by
dipping it into it or maybe letting it spin through it?

Need more info from the,knowledge base here on AK !!!

Yes it is, it doesn't skip like the AR did in that location, however you can hear the foot falls with this unit, but with the AR you didn't but it skipped. Now to get the best of both for each !!! lol

Might be easier to isolate this one than the AR. Or put up a wall shelf and solve both problems.

LOL, yeah the AR foot print was so small i had a lot of extra room for my accessories .

This beast is as big as the SOTA . I love the SOTA, eventually that will be upgraded as well, maybe to a vacuum Nova .

Not on that grass cloth wall paper !!! And that wall bounces too . I have 12 feet of stone under my cellar floor . The traffic vibrates the stone and it settles each year . I kept my post adjustment bars exposed so I can jack up the
Beam every now and then. I should have went with 16” steel I beams instead of the 12” there now .
