My AU-777A Died

Does anyone have a detailed schematic for this amplifier? It has been a super amplifier since 1969 and I would only replace it with a tube unit if I can not repair this one. Thanks for any and all assistance. Woody

Dont worry it can be repaired. Look at Hifi Engine for schematics. Get plenty of details in Sansui AK Forum.

How did it "die?" total death with no power? Or are you getting sound? Have you checked the main fuse?

Sounds like a blown fuse, if amp just "died", it is even in service manual: "If the unit remains completely dead when the power is switched on (POWER indicator fails to light), the power fuse is probably blown". Lets just hope only the fuse is blown, and not something else too. You'll know, if the amp continue to blow more fuses...
