My Favorite Fleetwood Mac Album

Tango in the Tahoe

I really like Tango in the Night as well.

Every time I play Seven Wonders, I just want to play it again and end up playing it 3 or 4 times in a row.

I also really liked Rumours, but by now I have heard it 4,237,612 times and it's lost its edge just a bit. It was released early in 1977, which was an epic year for me. My El Camino was only a year old and I had just taken delivery of my new 77 FXE-1200.

My best friend had a 75 T/A, and we had installed a Pioneer Cassette Deck, a power-booster amplifier and a pair of Jensen Tri-Axials. It was auto/audio nirvana! Many happy miles spent on the road with Fleetwood Mac.

Nope, I'm no purist. I like the "pop" stuff from Fleetwood Mac. I had the great fortune of having front-row seats for a Fleetwood Mac Concert in 86. I was no more than 15 feet away from Christine McVie. It was one of the 5 best concerts I have ever attended.

Yep, I like Tango in the Night, it's been in the CD changer in my Tahoe for the last few weeks now.

ah....I just picked this album up last week.....it had some label indicating it was a special recording that I've never heard of....Quiex II ?

I have Miles Davis - Kind of Blue on Quiex SV-P. It's 200 gm and set me back about $50. Good stuff.

Tango was the first one that came out when I was old enogh to go buy it,I still prefer Rumours and Then Play On though...I think the track Family Man stops me listening to Tango so much,I hate it!!!

Fleetwood Mac

I like a lot of the albums, but favorites are probably Rumours and BellaDonna. Have to say though that the MFSL ( MFSL 1-012 ) disc gets it's fair share of turntable time.

I haven't heard all of 'em, but I love Kiln House, Then Play On, S/T, and Rumors. Bare Trees and Tusk are alright.

Yup... I can easily pick a favorite from each era.

Definitely. My fav. Pre B&N album is Heroes Are Hard To Find.
