I'm not sure where I would send it, as I refinished the cabinet and restored the electronics as well. New caps, bias regulator diodes, tuner align, lamps, through cleaning, faceplate, replaced volume pot, and mouch more than I can remember.
I'll try to get those demensions and send them to you Via PM. You should be able to get the lamp you need at radio shack. Its a 6.3 volt screw base lamp. Not sure of the amp draw, but the old bulb should tell you
