Usually, only Sierra Tower speakers in this room.
ELAC are just on trial because I was thinking of getting those for my 2nd rig but I'm going to return them this Friday.

The whole house 7.2 channel receiver/control center is inside the cabinet.

71Challenger, My main speakers are always Ascend Sierra Towers, I'm just trying Elac F5 and Fluance towers for my home theatre use.
Lately I have a bug going on for open baffle speakers like Tekton Sigma OB speakers. Thanks

I really like Sony Core Series speakers, they are crisp, detail, nicely extended highs and image really well without annoying cheap speaker graininess when I tried them in my 2 channel system, better than A.Jones Pioneer FS52 towers but if you compare to AJ ELAC F5 towers it will be matter of the listener taste. They may sound dry on some recording but overall performance I like these more than A.Jones ELAC F5 towers for well extended highs,clarity and detail of Sony super tweeters.

In my room they sounded best when I place them just 10" from the front wall with very little toe-in, bass becomes forceful and goes lower than expected but not as define as better tower speakers but for the price these are no brainer for me, only problem for me was they're short for my prefer listing position but I'm just gonna use them for home theatre and I like front ported speakers. Thanks

Will be rotating with Ascend towers in my main system.
