Mystery Audio Technica Tonearm

I recently came into ownership of a nice looking Audio Technica tonearm, but the only problem is that I can't positively ID which model this is. From my research it looks closest to a AT-1003, but there seem to be some subtle differences.

Whatever it is it's in gorgeous shape, and I'm considering using it on a Lenco project.

Anyone seen this arm before or know what it is?

Huge thanks for that link, phonomac! I hadn't seen this one before, and it does have some very useful clues and information. Aside from the mention of an A and B type of 1003, there is mention of a line of "P" model tonearms that were supplied to other companies along with the AT-6 cartridge. You'll find this info under the link for the AT-6, along with some rough pics of the arms themselves. Interestingly, I forgot to mention in my first post that this arm originally had an AT-6 packaged with it, although it was left out of my purchase. The box that held the AT-6 was situated in that rectangular spot in the lower right corner of the styrofoam packaging. Definitely looks like this arm is one of those "P" models.

Well spotted! That section on the AT-6 and other parts for supply to others is a recent addition to that site, which I hadn't seen before.

Looks like you are absolutely right with yours being a 'P' type arm.
 
Have to love AK. This should have been much more difficult to figure out. :)
