Mystery DCM center speaker ID

I acquired a decade ago a strange DCM center (?) speaker. It came with my DCM TF600's. Free, thrown in. And I was dumb enough to use it as my center speaker for several years before I realized why I was having such issues following dialog in movies.

Anyway, can anyone ID this pitiful POS speaker? Likely pre 2008 vintage.
