Mystery EXA Speakers -- "EXA lite" -- ?

I saw these at the local Thrift Store. ea speakers (or e alite). Made in Austrailia. Can't find a single thing on them. They seemed decent enough. Heavy and solid. The Thrift (that has been VERY dry lately) wanted $75 for the pair. Since my quick browsing in the store found zero info, I passed.

Anyone ever hear of these?

I haven't heard of them either. There has been a lot of speaker manufacturers come and go.

The company is called EXA. The model you show is the EXA Lite

Thanks for the info, Bazzman. I can see the "X" now in the logo.

Even knowing the company name, they are still very difficult to find any information on (same with "Mr Philip Tan.")

I went back to the SA to check them out again. They were of course gone. 50% off sale today AND yesterday. They were the only speakers in the whole joint. Donations are definitely down for the SA here in SoCal!
