Mystery Fisher Speaker ID help Please.

Could someone help identify theses speakers for me. I just got them and am wondering if they are any good or not. They are US made Fisher speakers but there is such a spotty history with the company I want to find out more about them. The model number is missing form the label on the back so I guess what I am trying to find out is can any one ID these speakers form the layout and partial label?

They seem to be model F32 in the Lyric line. I googled them up and they appeared as part of the Lyric brand, manufactured by Fisher. I've never heard them so can't say as to how good they sound. Good listening, OldCarNut

Those are probably Fisher speakers from the 80's that were packaged with a rack system. Rack systems (integrated amp, tuner, turntable, cassette deck, cd player) were popular at that time. Large cabinets, large woofers, and lots of drivers were the order of the day. Likely not audiophile-quality.

These, indeed, are the Lyric F32 speakers by Fisher. I picked up a pair of these at a yard sale many years ago (approximately 1991) in perfect condition--can't tell you what I paid, but it couldn't be much, considering my frugality at that time. They have been my bedroom speakers in a whole-house audio system. These are overkill for what I need there, but they were a bargain when I got them.

They can be a little boomy (resonant) on the low end, which is probably exacerbated by their placement in a corner (on the ledge) with barriers on the bottom and one side, but the midrange and highs are nice and clear. These have an "Environmental Acoustic Control" for "tweeter brilliance."
