Saw these on the local craigslist and I'm unsure as to the brand, but the cabinets appear to be decent and substantial, as well as the terminal connections on the back. Just wondering if they're worth anything and if anyone has any information on them?

Are they the same as american acoustics? I see they have the Phenolic ring tweeters.
