NAD 317 Protect problem

I tested all components on right channel, all it's fine, found problem on IP point, on working channel is 120kOhm with gnd, on right channel is 4.5MOhm. Must be something on PSU Board
 
Okey. Protect is gone, problem was with IP point, wire was cracked inside. Now is little problem with right channel, are weird noises on low level volume
