NAD 7020i FM Buzzing

NAD 7020i FM buzzes loudly. Started happened periodically and now does this forever. Moving away from digital sources does not help. Amplifier and other functionality otherwise OK.Not sure if unit was ever re-capped (suspect not). Any thoughts where to start?

The tuner uses two regulated power supplies, that would be a place to start. Download the Service Manual from HiFi Engine and the regulators are in the bottom right corner of the schematic. Could be capacitors as NAD uses some very crappy parts in their units.
