NAD PP 2e powering up but no sound

Hello everyone. I'm looking for repair advice. I have a NAD PP 2e preamp and it use to work well, but one day it just stopped producing sound. I'm currently trying to take my SL1510 turntable, go through the preamp and into a Marantz 2270 using the AUX jacks. I've tried it with my other turnable and setup, but nothing seems to work.

A couple of notes:
When I plug it in, the red light turns on and when I press the power button, the blue light comes on and stays on.
I did notice a little spark when I plugged it in from the jack.
I've tested both the input jacks and both don't work.

I am not sure what it is and am looking for any help. Thank you.

you have cables plugged into the moving coil inputs but have the moving magnet input selected.

if it's a moving coil cartridge then leave the cables plugged in where they are now and flip the switch to "mc"

if it's a moving magnet cartridge then move the cables to that input and leave the switch as it is
