Sorry, but the AT7V does not exhibit the "typical AT" sound! It's more bass heavy and less bright compared to an e.g. AT440.
 
I agree. The AT7V has a balance that is captivating - it’s smoothness reminds me somewhat of my old Grace F9E (not harsh sounding F9L). The MP110 texture much courser by comparison. Goes to show a bonded tip can never beat one that’s nude for refinement. I would bypass the 110 and get the 150 or 200 and enjoy the pristine and sensuous sound only a naked diamond can give.
