Nakamichi DR-2 plays faster than normal.

Hello, I have been following this forum for years, and learned a lot from you, I am a user of a nakamichi dr-2, which I have not been able to make work correctly, it has a problem with speed, when a tape starts to play it works faster than normal, it sounds good but fast, when the tape has passed the middle it begins to slow down, when it reaches the end its speed becomes slow, below normal (sometimes suddenly). The counter also reflects this situation. I can take photos of what you need. I appreciate your help.

are the pinch wheels in good condition ? - too much takeup torque - motor faulty
