Nakamichi IA-1 Amplifier any good?

Hi guys. I'm thinking about buying a nice IA-1 Amplifier from Nakamichi, as an upgrade from my Receiver1 that i have now. Some say that the IA-1 sounds much warmer and nicer that the crisp and sharp receiver1. Anybody had any experience on this amp? Thank you.

I really like my 2A, don't know if that is any help. I suspect they have very similar construction, just different power:scratch2:

I would describe it as something of a cross between the Yamaha "Natural Sound" and Sansui gear. That makes a nice combo

Thanks. I'm not sure whether to buy it or not. It's not cheap...it's 300 euros.

That seems very high to me, but I don't know how pricing goes where you are.
