Hello I have a nakamichi PA5 MKII with a bad Channel used for Hi frequency horns my question is do i fix the nak which would cost alot of money or do i look into a tube Amps and what kind? I don't Know anything about tube Amps

You say that fixing the Nak would cost a lot of money. Did someone already looked at it? Or is that just a guess? You can always talk to two or three qualified technicians and see what they charge. I'm not sure about the Nak 5, but the 7 is easily serviceable. I would have the Nak fixed...
 
Depending on what type of speakers, I will throw my vote in for the tube suggestion..............as for which brand of tube gear, this would depend on how many watts you are looking for ( the efficiency of your speakers) and your personnel tastes!! For me( and I say this with the utmost respect for those with apposing views) after about 20 years in this audio gig and umpteen pieces of gear through the house, I had never really " heard " the music............ tubes just seem to make the music come alive!!!!!
 
Fix the Nak. The Nelson Pass-designed Nak amps are very nice and worth hanging on to. It would cost you a lot more to equal them with new stuff than most repairs will cost. My $.02.
