Name That Album!

Looking for an album that I can't locate for the life of me... It was an acoustic blues album and on the cover was what I could only describe as a male Witch Doctor and the name of the artist had something to do with that costume. I want to say it was a fairly new release... perhaps early 2000's? Or maybe that was the release of that particular reissue. Anyone have an idea of what I am talking about? Please help!

Dr. John was the first thing that came to mind when you said witch doctor. That looks like a zombie on that album going to have to check it out.

I believe it was someone on Instagram... I had looked it up because I absolutely loved that cover and when I saw how much it was going for I kind of lost hope and forgot about it. However, I now have a close friend who is living in Oz and I asked them if they could find me a copy and hang onto it until I see them again. I don't imagine it would be that expensive on the local market.
 
My guess would have been Screamin' Jay Hawkins, but you found the album you were looking for really fast.

Who would have known there would have been so many albums to fit such a specific description like the one I gave. It's like the comedy bit where someone says something really specific in hopes that it will shake the other person off their lie, and here it backfires and they end up screwing themselves over
