Name these JBLs?

I realize this is a tough one, but our local church is replacing these JBL PA speakers; I'm seeing them tomorrow. Just wondering which model they might be. Apparently, they have 12" woofers. I'm having trouble finding better photos on-line. My gut tells me they're probably not worth pursuing, but I am curious. Thanks.

Thanks, but those models both look too small. I’m going with the MP212, just to speculate from Google Images. I should know tomorrow and will report back then.

Hard pass: They turned out to be a fairly generic model called the SF15, and the seller was asking way too much anyway. Although the horns would probably be good for eWaves.

Sound Factor line is budget to mid level PA / Sound reinforcement/ DJ type gear, lots of sound for the buck, reasonably transportable and reliable. Most setups I’ve heard are really really hot mid and HF wise because of the damaged hearing most DJs have IMO. The poor audience / dancers that have to be in front of the speaker’s horns are blasted into the night. Whenever I go to an event with these types of setups, I bring earplugs or fashion some from rolled up Kleenex to preserve my hearing.

Nothing hugely wrong with this series, but nothing special. Probably could be made to sound decent with careful eq and good amps, it not worth using in a home environment IMO.

Annnnd ... now they're sitting in my side yard, with really beefy universal wall-mounts bolted to them. Our family friend donated money to the church and got these for me in return; such a nice guy.

No idea what to do with them, but the waveguides are the ones Zilch used for most of his eWaves. I think the horn drivers and woofers are crap. Whether or not I upgrade the drivers and crossovers, the possibilities include:

• Hang in them in my garage;
• Hang them out back to please the neighbors;
• Bring them up to my friend's ranch;
• Part them out and keep the horns;
• Store them and haul them out for parties;
• Give them to someone who could actually use them.

Our friends have a huge yard (3 acres); they really could use them for parties.

unless you plan to have some parties, give them to your friend and let them deal with them. You have many other speakers to bring outside with much better quality sound.

Life is too short to store inferior speakers, we both know that all too well.
