So I'm new to the vintage audio game, I picked up a few things some trash some treasure. But I came across these speakers and I can't identify them. They sound great everything is an excellent condition. There's just no markings on them anywhere. The cabinets are real wood, thick and heavy. As seen in the pictures they are two way. The driver seem to be an excellent condition. I have them hooked up to an old Sylvania console, and they sound great. I don't think they're cheap, so I'm hoping some of you pros can help me identify these old gems. Thank you in advance for all your help.

Hopefully the more knowledgeable can identify via the codes, if the 16 denotes 16ohms then you might have some old school speakers that would of and will play nice with tube amplification

Unfortunately the only the tube amp I have is this old Detrola.

Whatever they are, they look like they have been modified or completely rebuilt - the screw holes are in bad shape and there is a piece of plywood glued on what might have been a port, and the drivers all have Magic Marker writing on them.

I considered the possibility of a tweeter, but the plywood would only be there to block the hole if the tweeter was removed, so it, too would be evidence of modification.
