NAS hard drive cooling fan?

See it and Believe
I have a single bay my cloud NAS which I use to backup my music as well as serve it over my home network.
I replaced the original 4TB drive with a new one and it works great, but the run temperature is quite a bit higher averaging 59 degrees C. When I placed a hand held battery operated fan over the top vent holes (pull air up and out), the temperature dropped dramatically to 35 degrees C.

Does anyone have a suggestion for fan I could buy that I could mount (somehow) on top of the unit and power it separately. It would be nice to put it on a timer as the fan does not need to run overnight (disk is idle).

In a perfect world, the fan would simply start up when a temperature threshold was exceeded.
Thanks for any suggestions.
