NEC P325E Tone Arm lift problem

Hi there.
I have a question. It have an excellent turntable NEC P325e in NM condition. But I don't know how to lubricate tone arm lift? Mechanism looks simple, but I know myself. I could ruin something. Better ask before that. I need advice on how to make tone arm lift goes up and down lightly.

Your video is "unavailable" but I expect it shows the arm lift moving very rapidly.

The addition of a silicone oil of 300,000 weight will likely help. It will require opening up the turntable from underneath and a partial disassembly in order to apply the silicone to the right spot. The goop you need can often be bought at hobby stores that sell RC cars.
