I need help here. Need to replace my SX-650 volume pot. Only one I found on ebay is from a seller that does not ship internationally (to Belgium) nor allow contact via paypal.

It's the only one I found out there, but I cannot contact this seller with a BElgian eBay account ! I do not see email or any other possibility for contact. Any help appreciated. My SX-650 is taken appart, I do not want to move it to the trash like this...

Figure out what other models (in the Sx-x50 series) use this part. Sometimes people list them based on model number and not part number.
If you can not find, then an option is to find a different one from a diff pioneer model or lastly a diff mfg. mechanically it may/will require some modification. Since the vol pot is tapered and has a tap for the loudness, that has to be looked at. Try to find a pot with the same R.
How about this one

Hi RSC16 - thank you so much ! I found another solution as we have family in the US !! :-) They were so nice and ordered for me. So the pot will be shipped first to Florida then to Brussels :-)

Now: I hope its really the pot - and not the loudness circuit. I checked the problem with and without loudness and it was always the same issue of the volume not going to zero.

You have family everywhere. AK crosses a lot of borders, and it is possible to enlist help whenever it is needed.

Since the pot has to be removed to be replaced, it can be removed now and inspected. I suspect there may be a problem with a wiper or a riveted connection.

Indeed, nice answer. So much help here already !! I have the pot out. Measured it and indeed goes not to zero. Is there any decsription on how to best inspect or open these pots?

Measure the resistance from the solder pins to the traces on the pot to see if there is any resistance at the riveted connections.

I have 95 kOhm to 4 kOhm (back pot) and 95 kOhm to 900 Ohm (front pot). I am not sue whether that makes sense. I though it needs to go to zero.

Measure from wiper to cw term and then wiper to the ccw term. They should be symmetrical, in that they show the same total R and very little R as the wiper apptoaches the ends. With end R of 4K,900 = definitely something wrong.
measure from ccw & ccw terminals to the loundness tap terminals as well. Are you mixing up the loudness tap with the wiper tap?

Okay, finally the pot arrived from the US ! Family in Florida was purchasing on eBay and shipping this guy to Belgium :)) Result, the pot indeed goes to zero. All works again, the old pot was broken with the result that the volume could not be turned down to zero.

Thank you very much everybody for your help. Big thanks to Lawrence to send the pot to Belgium !! ;)

Here is the error

Here is the solution

Good save. Now you can analyze the original pot and possibly save it. Cleaning and soldering the rivet connections might be a good start.
