I'm not familiar with your speakers but that NAD 3020 series has quite a number of fans. It has a particularly good phono section. I use a 3020 here at my house.

in the beginning I plan to get Sansui, but because of lack find good condition and also there's some noisy sound when music is off and the volume raising up, so I skip Sansui and concern to Marantz
What about Marantz 1122 DC ?

Background noise can happen in any amp that's 30-40 years old, Sansui, Marantz, NAD, and others too. You'll have to check particular units to avoid that. Especially in phono stage.
For nice vocals I would say first NAD, then Marantz.

I would not even look at Yamaha or Pioneer (the ones you listed). Not sure about Rotel - very early models from the 70s sounded pleasant, later (80s and 90s) were quite aggressive, but I don't know how RA-01 and RA-02 sound.

Examples of some other amps I know that are very pleasant and good with vocals: Cyrus One, Leak Delta 70, Denon PMA-250 (first version), Harman/Kardon HK 6550. Proton amps are also very good, they are very similar to NAD (same design). Agree with Luxman (but NAD is cheaper than a good Luxman).
