Need Advice on Picking out a Preamp

Just upgraded from an ATLP60 to an SL-Q2, so I need a dedicated preamp for around 150 bucks. Looked around online and in person and pretty much the only place with some half decent deals seems to be EBay where I found the following three preamps:

Onkyo P301 - 150
Adcom GTP500 - 157
NAD 1600 - 180
(USD prices)

Are any of these a good snag or should I wait for some more deals to come up? Thanks in advance

All I REALLY need is a good phono pre (MM) and maybe some more inputs because why not. Things like a tuner, remote control, or video inputs are completely optional for me.

I've heard good things about the NAD 1600. I have a 106 (a couple years newer than 1600) and it's excellent. Super clean and neutral. Based on what the 106 phono stage sounds like, I would assume the 1600 phono sounds great. Plus you gotta love the option for moving coil, if you so choose to go that route in the future.
