Need Advice on SPL Build, Bullet Tweeters and loudest 5.25 speakers

I am posting on here because I want your input on a somewhat difficult system build I am trying to create and this site over the years has shown me it is a pretty unbiased place to ask others experience and opinions especially about speakers. First thing first, this system is designed for a Jeep Wrangler, I want it to be LOUD with the top off at highway speeds. This build is going for SPL > SQ because this isn't like a noise dampened car with a roof on it. Adding to the challenge the amount of room that can be sacrificed for speakers is limited. If you look at my rough sketch you can see where I think the speakers should go, what speakers I have already selected and what size can go where. This is where real challenge comes in. I have tried rockford power TS252's components in the sound bar, Focal Polyglass 130A1 5.25 components in the dash and others but am consistently let down. These "high end" component speakers sound great in cars that have a roof, but they just don't hold their own in the Jeep and distort at a volume level that is not loud enough then blow out or just sound like ****. I need speakers that can get LOUD without distorting at midrange and high frequencies but add some punch. I'm thinking Bullet Tweeters and 5.25's designed to hit low and loud

SPEAKER SELECTION
1) 8" and 6.5"

I'm sold on the kicker CWRT for the 8" and 6.5" sizes, I've used their predecessor, the CVT, and those are loud as hell and can take some serious abuse. They're little hulks if they are given some box space to pound.​

2) 12" Kicker solo L7

Look I'm no Kicker fanboy, but these subs seem like the logical choice to provide the most boom for the trunk space available, and they have a pretty solid reputation.​

3) 5.25"
Please add and comment, but so far my ideas are

1) Tang Band W5-11138SMF
-I've heard some pretty ridiculous testimonials about these bad boys ability to get low, not to mention they are cheap and beefy as hell.
2) Cadence CVL-5K

-These beasts have a 3" Voice Coil! Never have heard them but am very curious. Also Cheap​

3) DD Audio CS 5.2
- Have heard they were good, if I can get them without the tweets and crossovers for less..
4) Focal 5V3?

- Focal has a pretty real following so if somebody has tried these or they look like the best option maybe I'll give em a go.​

Look I've tried infinity Kappa's before, I've heard Pioneers, and I've heard MANY others, these PRO audio component sets can't hang at the output level I'm looking for. Their volume is fine and quite crisp and clear for a nice cruise or a country drive. But I want ear-bleeding noise with the top on, I want tailgate thumping beachside blasting, neighborhood rocking volume without putting in 10 amps and 30 speakers.​

4) Bullet "Super" Tweeters

I've no experience with these. These are what look and have had good things said. I'm hoping these give me that volume boost I'm looking for with up top with no distortion.

1) Pioneer BS350Pro
2) Selenium ST400Trio
3) American Bass MX444
4) Fostex FT17H
5) Rockford Punch PP4-T (looks a little small)​

What do you guys recommend? Or what size even?

You guys are going to have to show me the holy grail or I'm going to stick with these powerhouses
1) Rockford T1500-1bdCP
2) Rockford T600-4
3) Rockford T400-4
4) Rockford T400-4AD (to power the tweeters)​

Alternator

Already have 1 Mechman HO alternator​

Wiring

- The plan is to run 2x Knukonceptz 0GA OFC Positive Power Wires to the trunk
- I have had ground loop problems before and ended up grounding the stereo to the rear, think I should run separate 0GA ground wires?​

Batteries

- I have 1 diehard platinum up front, think I should be doubling up in the rear?​
