Need Advise On A SAE T102 Stereo Tuner A Good Unit?

Hi, Here at my local GW is a SAE T102 Direct Line Digital Stereo Tuner Receiver, I don't know how good these are or if it would be worth buying. Do they have good reception? The price isn't bad at 25 but don't know anything about these to make that call to leave it or grab it. Unit has a few scratches, but can probably be buffed out. Anyone with knowledge and/or experience with this model please, help me out as I am in need of a tuner at least until I get my tube unit recapped.

I had a T101 model and spec's were basically top of line. Believe the 102 was more of a budget model, but either way mine went out of alignment year's ago, and gave it another forum member. Your opportunity sound's like a good deal, but maybe doesn't even work.
