Need help - 5010 tape deck volt conversion

Hi I have a marantz 5010 European model stuck on 220 volts. There is an adjustment knob that ironically does not turn. I don’t know if it is simply old and jammed, but I want to be careful. Any help is very appreciated!

If I recall the adjustment on the rear should have the fuse unscrew, then you pull out the outer plastic ring and put it back in aligned so the desired voltage is shown
