Need help identifying unusual tone arm.

First off, thanks for the help to all that gave advice on restoring my Pioneer PL7 motor. Currently I'm trying to get information on the tone arm. It's not the basic Pioneer factory style. I've spent hours comparing it to vinyl engine photos and ebay, with no luck. Maybe one of you can help. Picks attached.

the counterweights may be custom or aftermarket and not original to the arm.
