Need help- Mcintosh mt10 question

Hi, I just purchased a used mt10. Does anyone know if the tone arm looks crooked on purpose or is something wrong with the one I bought? I'm talking about where it says Mcintosh on the back of the tone arm in front of the counter weight. That round circle looks to be at an angle. Is this how it is supposed to be?
