Need help on my Technics SL-1200MK5 - RPMs are off

I came back from a work trip and out of nowhere my Technics is playing 25rpm on the 33rpm setting and 33 rpm on the 45rpm setting. I am not sure what happened. Maybe mu kids did something. Any idea? Has anyone had this problem before?

Just a note - I upgraded the tonearm last year and have a custom wood base to replace the original black one. Looking forward to anyone's help. I am completely stumped.

First thing I would do and I'm assuming you already tried to adjust the speed is get a can of deoxit contact cleaner and clean the speed control pots. Then work from there trying other things.
