Need Help.... Rega R-100 Cartridge

I just bought a Pioneer PL-550 and it came with a Rega R-100 cartridge. It's in good shape but needs a stylus. I haven't been able to find one. Is this cartridge worth keeping or would I be better off buying something new? I have to stay under $100.
