Need help to identify this TT please...

I’m not that familiar with much of the TT gear at this point. Can someone ID this please? The owner lives far from me and can not help with the technical questions, other than “it’s from the 60’s or 70’s. Maybe”. I’m hoping some of you will know. Thanks for the help.

It's some sort of BSR and definitely nothing special.

I would pass.

It is a BSR - a UA15 variant if I’m not mistaken.

As said, nothing to get excited about.
