Need help troubleshooting a Realistic STA-2080

I'm looking for some help with my friends REALISTIC STA-2080 receiver. After listening to it for about 15 to 20 minutes all of a sudden the relay clicks and the music stops playing. But, I can still hear the music if I plug in headphones. DIM BULB STAYS DIM. NO LOUD POPS OR ANYTHING. MUSIC JUST GOES SILENT AND THE RELAY clicks off. I checked the voltages from the power supply board and they all seem good. I rebuilt it anyway because that's what I like to do with the power supply(16 caps, 3 trans, 3 diodes.) The protection board has two relays one for the A speakers and one for the B speakers. I took those apart and cleaned them and also recapped the protection board. (didn't touch the transistors or diodes) It still does the same thing. Shuts off after 15 or 20 minutes. I kind of thought to eliminate the amplifier boards, it has two separate boards for left and right channels, since both channels go out at the same time I didn't think it was the amplifier boards, maybe I'm wrong.
23mv DC on the speakers while it was working, seemed good enough to me.

Any feedback on my diagnosis would be helpful.
