Need help with klipsch kg4 passive woofer

Bought some kg4 klipsch.
They are kinda beat up and have dents in the dust cover but sound great. The only problem is one of the passive woofers isn't moving. The other one moves rapidly .I switched the woofers in with the opposing cabinet .Not the woofer but the speaker cabinet seems to be the problem. Newbie and don't know what I'm doing .Any thoughts?

There is probably a leak in the cabinet or one of the drivers. Are there any obvious holes in the drivers or the cabinets? Do some parts feel loose or flimsy. Is the cabinet still sturdy?

First, verify that the passive radiator moves freely. You swapped woofers between speakers. Try swapping passive radiators between cabinets to see what happens.

An easy test for a speaker with a passive radiator is to press the radiator in while watching the woofer cone. Moving the radiator in should cause the woofer cone to move out. Releasing the radiator to allow it to return should also cause the woofer cone to return to its resting position.

If this does not happen, then you have an air leak in the cabinet. The cabinet should be relatively air-tight so that movement of the woofer cone causes the radiator to move.

To find an air leak in a cabinet, play a low frequency tone, 30 to 50 Hz, and then try to find out where the air is flowing. If the passive radiator is not moving at all, it must be a large air leak.

The only problem is one of the passive woofers isn't moving.

The most obvious and first thing i'd check is that the woofers are not wired out of phase.

If one of the tandem woofers is wired 180 degrees out of phase, it will 100% cancel any movement of the passive.

My guess is that somebody entered them with their golden screwdriver and hooked one of the woofers up backward when they put it back together.
