Need help

Hi,
I want to test some reel motors I have. The connections on the motor are 8 pin cinch jones male and I have a 8 pin female connector.
Can you please tell me what pins need to be connected with a 3 wire power cord...green,white,black. on the female plug.

Might p.m. member 'elnaldo' as he's pretty keen on these motors for the transformer hook up if that's what you need help with. He might offer a hint or two for bearing lube if needed as many were bronze.

power to pins 2+3, and 5+6. Jumper 7 to 8.

Green to the motor case if you're so inclined. Its not actually needed for functional testing.

If the brake solenoid needs to be powered in order to allow the motor to spin, looks like that is pin 1 and 4, but verify the solenoid voltage before doing this.

Verify motor voltage as well. Not impossible that it doesn't run at normal line voltage.
